The Southern California Technical Processes Group (SCTPG) is hosting a map cataloging workshop on Friday, May 10! This full-day workshop, held at the lovely Huntington in San Marino, focuses primarily on print maps and print atlases, and will also briefly cover globes, digital maps, and other cartographic content. It includes PowerPoint slides, lots of exercises, lots of audience participation, a game or two, and a manual for each participant. It is informative and fun!

Participants are expected to have a basic knowledge of cataloging but need not have any experience cataloging maps. Experienced map catalogers are welcome as well.
